By filling out this form you are stating that you have read and agree to the following rules:

• Remember this is for fun! Courtesy is appreciated.
• Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for the actions of their pets.
• Pets must have current vaccinations and be in good health.
• Pets should be sociable with other animals, adults, and children. Aggressive animals will be asked to leave.
• Children under 12 should be accompanied by an adult.
• Pets must be at least 4 months old, as younger animals have weak or no immune systems.
• Clean up after your pet. Trash cans and dog bags will be onsite.
