David Galusha's name appears on a Pay Roll of Capt. Cyperan Downer's Alarm Co. in Col. Herrick's Reg't of Militia while in service October, 1780. His days of service were 5 and his miles traveled were 55. He was paid 1 pound 4 shillings and 10 pence.

Corpl. David Galusha is on the Pay Roll of Capt. Peleg Mattison's Company of Militia for service done on an Expedition to the Northward, Shaftsbury 1781. He was gone nineteen days and traveled 55 miles. He was paid 2 pounds. 4 shillings and 3 pence.

David Galusha's name is on the Pay Roll of the Militia in Col. Eben Walbridge's Regt. as tarried with Capt. Eli Noble of Castleton in Nov. 1781. He was with the Regiment for 13 days and was paid 17 shillings 3 pence.
