Shaftsbury is Forming a Budget Committee!

Would you like to become more involved in your town and have a better understanding of how Shaftsbury’s annual budget is developed? The Town of Shaftsbury is seeking interested residents to serve on a new Budget Special Committee.

This committee will provide an opportunity for community members to participate in the municipal budgeting process for the next fiscal year, learn more about Town finances, and help provide valuable citizen input as the Town prepares its annual budget. The service length will be for a few months.

Interested in serving?

Those with financial expertise, especially in non-profit or municipal budgeting, please submit a Letter of Interest and résumé to the Town Administrator via email: administrator@shaftsburyvt.gov
